The following Terms of Service (TOS) must be agreed to and abided by for use of DCFSC's services. Please be aware that DCFSC reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without notice. In addition, the use of DCFSC's service (s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to DCFSC's TOS.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
DCFSC provides users with access to its chiropractic services and information throughout this sites and offices.
The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that DCFSC may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide DCFSC real and current contact information such as e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone and fax contacts.
APPLICABLE LAW
This TOS is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

JURISDICTION & LEGALITY OF CONTENT
Considering the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. DCFSC and its dba domains are registered by smallbusiness.yahoo.com (Yahoo!'s domain registration partner, Melbourne IT, is the registrar of our domains. Our domains registered through Yahoo! are recorded and managed by Melbourne IT's ICANN -accredited domain registration group.). DCFSC and its dba domains' database is hosted by IX Web Hosting and its servers are located in the data center in Hopkinsville, KY, United States and is maintained in reference to the protections afforded under local and federal laws.
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and DCFSC and governs your use of the services.

Dr. Di Liberto has been my Chiropractor for 8 years now. I have been to many Chiro's in my life, but I have to say, he was the only one who addressed all my concerns through the years. Most of my experience with other doc's has been to "yes" me and perform the same treatment for every condition. With Dr. D, he addressed any injury that arose with personal attention to how it affects MY body and MY lifestyle. I have been actively involved in running all my life. I ran in high school and in college and still run today, so needless to say I have had my share of injuries. Dr Di Liberto is very knowledgable, aware and takes the time I need for him to explain exactly how my injury will affect me and how he will work with me to assist my body in healing correctly. Today, I've moved out of the area, but I still make the commute to his office no matter where I am, or where I will go in the future.
